Women’s Self-Help Group Expansion

Women’s Self-Help Group Expansion

DG Rural Development Society will expand opportunities for rural women through its Women’s Self-Help Group Expansion program. We will assist women in forming and strengthening SHGs focused on savings, loans, and income-generating activities such as tailoring, pickle making, handicrafts, and other small businesses.

Our team will provide training in bookkeeping, business planning, and marketing to ensure these groups are financially strong and sustainable. We will also connect SHGs with bank credit facilities, government schemes, and market linkages so they can grow their ventures effectively.

Through regular workshops and mentorship, we will help build confidence, leadership skills, and financial literacy among women members. These groups will not only improve family incomes but also encourage women to take active roles in community decision-making and local economic development.

By promoting self-reliance and entrepreneurship, DG Rural Development Society will empower rural women to become leaders, contributors, and changemakers in their communities.
