Career Help for Rural Youth & Empowerment

DG Rural Development Society will launch the Career Help for Rural Youth & Empowerment program to guide young people from rural areas towards meaningful employment and entrepreneurship opportunities.

We will provide career counseling, vocational skill training, and job placement support so that rural youth can confidently enter the workforce or start their own ventures. Through collaborations with industry partners, training centers, and government initiatives, we will ensure that they receive up-to-date skills aligned with current market demands.

Our program will also focus on soft skills development, including communication, leadership, and problem-solving, to prepare youth for both local and global opportunities. We will particularly encourage the participation of young women and marginalized groups to ensure inclusive growth.

By empowering rural youth with the right tools, knowledge, and opportunities, DG Rural Development Society will help create a generation that is self-reliant, confident, and capable of driving economic and social progress in their communities.
